CGB Bead Retreats to benefit the Fellowship Fund

Bead Retreats, Savannah, GA, four days, $500 per person.

We are doing our best to structure our retreats to respect pandemic safety. We have big rooms with high ceilings, whole-house HEPA filtration, windows that open, screened porches, and room-size HEPA air cleaners in all workspaces. There is a beautiful outdoor space with a swimming pool and a summerhouse, with plenty of workspaces in the outdoor areas.

Visitors are asked to follow strict pandemic protocols in travel (masking on transport, and testing before attending class). Every workshop offers fully illustrated pattern kits for purchase, and Zoom instruction will be available for several hours per day with one or more of the CGB instructors. One team member will be on site to make sure that you have what you need, and help with on-the-spot questions.

Please use the menu to select participation in available dates, 12 people max per session. Accommodation is not included, but it's possible that we may be able to match you with someone who wants to share space, so email if you have questions. We are located in midtown Savannah, close to everything.

If you want to come with your own group, just let me know, and we can block out one of these sets of dates for you, or find another time that works.

A small kit of beads is included, but participants should bring their own tools, work surfaces, and stock of beads. We will have bead kits for sale, and are also happy to share our working materials with you. We serve a beautiful, healthy organic lunch every day.

The fee of $500 is a donation to the Fellowship Fund (every dollar of which goes to support our 2023 Fellows, Kathryn Shriver, Sam Norgard and Anvi Shah) and as such is not refundable (but is re-schedulable!).
